Deborah Huntley recently retired from a long career that spanned chemistry research, university teaching, and higher education administration. Throughout her many years as a student and a professional, she maintained an interest in the creative arts, particularly photography, literature, writing, and music including many years in community orchestras, playing Fred Fox, her trusty bassoon.
She believes deeply in serving her community, whether it be in education, the arts, or social services. She serves on a number of advisory boards within her community and is an advocate for education, arts, and justice.
She is excited to share her ideas, her stories and her photography and hopes you find things within these pages that inspire your curiosity or bring you joy.
